HESTA, one of Australia’s largest superannuation funds, has urged Woodside (ASX:WDS), the country’s biggest oil and gas firm, to consider the appointment of new directors who possess the necessary skills to manage climate-related challenges.
The fund made this suggestion on Tuesday.
