Woodside Energy (ASX:WDS) has secured a deal to offload a 15.1% stake in its Scarborough project to Japanese liquefied natural gas buyer JERA, at a projected value of $1.4 billion.
The announcement was made by the Australian petroleum and natural gas exploration company on Friday.
