Beach Energy (ASX:BPT) recently announced that its Chairman, Glenn Davis, will be retiring from his role as a director.
The company has been in the process of recruitment for a new Chair, amidst this announcement.
Following Davis’s departure, Ryan Stokes AO will be appointed as the interim Chair.
