Intelligent Monitoring (ASX: IMB) has announced an important acquisition.

The company has entered into a binding agreement to purchase 3,100 security customers of the ‘Securely’ brand from Electra Services.

The financial aspect of this deal involved Intelligent Monitoring doling out $NZ290 per customer.

The acquisition is expected to be immediately earnings accretive.
