Titomic (ASX:TTT) has confirmed that Dag W.R.

Stromme has officially assumed the role of Chair.

Additionally, the company’s Managing Director, Herbert Koeck, is expected to relocate to Europe before the end of the year.

The current Chair, Humphrey Nolan, will continue his involvement with the company, serving as a non-executive director.
