Elixinol Wellness (ASX:EXL) announced the resignation of current chair, Helen Wiseman, and appointment of new chair, David Fenlon.

Wiseman has served as a Non-Executive Director and Chair of Board.

Wiseman tendered her resignation paving the way for Fenlon to take over as chairperson for the board of directors.
