Centuria Industrial REIT (ASX:CIP) has declared their FFO guidance for FY24, expected to be 17.0 AU CPU.
Along with this, their distribution guidance will be 16.0 AU CPU.
They have also stated a FY23 unit distribution to be 16 AU cents.
