Waterco (ASX:WAT) has announced an agreement to acquire Davey Water Products in entirety.
The acquisition of Davey is expected to augment the company’s sales revenue by an estimated A$120 million per annum.
Waterco is an international manufacturer and distributor of swimming pool and water treatment appliances.
